  1. Preheat a large, wide pan on high heat and add cooking butter.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until they form a smooth batter.
  3. Reduce heat on the pan to medium-low.
  4. Measure and pour ½ cup of batter into the pan.
  5. Cook crêpes in a thin layer, flipping when they become golden brown.
