Almond Flour Crêpes

Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 4 large eggs
- 1¼ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of plant-based butter, plus more for cooking
- A pinch of sea salt
- Lots of pumpkin spice
Directions
- Preheat a large, wide pan on high heat and add cooking butter.
- Blend all the ingredients together until they form a smooth batter.
- Reduce heat on the pan to medium-low.
- Measure and pour ½ cup of batter into the pan.
- Cook crêpes in a thin layer, flipping when they become golden brown.
