Basic Crêpes

This recipe acts as a solid base for any kind of crêpe. Can add something sweet, something savoury, or just enjoy as is.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup of **unbleached white flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of plant-based butter, plus more for cooking
- A pinch of sea salt
- Lots of pumpkin spice
Directions
- Melt some butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Mix ingredients with a blender or a whisk.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook crêpes in a thin layer, flipping when they become golden brown.
Notes
If serving as a sweet treat, add honey, maple syrup, or some other sugar, but it isn’t necessary if you’re adding something sweet while serving.
