This recipe acts as a solid base for any kind of crêpe. Can add something sweet, something savoury, or just enjoy as is.

Directions

  1. Melt some butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ingredients with a blender or a whisk.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Cook crêpes in a thin layer, flipping when they become golden brown.

Notes

If serving as a sweet treat, add honey, maple syrup, or some other sugar, but it isn’t necessary if you’re adding something sweet while serving.
