Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 4 tablespoons of whole chia seeds
Mix-ins and Toppings
- ¼ cup of natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup of mixed fresh berries
- ½ cup of walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the protein powder and milk until the protein powder has fully dissolved.
- Mix in the chia seeds and let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, or until set.
- In a sealable container, stack the ingredients in the following order:
- Half the pudding mixture.
- The peanut butter.
- Half the walnuts, all the berries, and half the coconut, all mixed together.
- What’s left of the pudding mixture.
- The remaining walnuts and coconut.
- Refrigerate again to have later, or eat immediately.
